SERVICE, WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
One week for exchange or refund for defective hardware items. 
All items must be in original condition and packaging. 
No exchange or/and refunds after one week.
All returned items are subject to 50% restocking fee.
- All returned items must be in its original cosmetic condition and including all packaging, accessories and manuals. Your receipt is required.
 
- Refund/exchange will be refused if any packaging, manuals, accessories, blank warranty cards or other items are missing.
 
- Warranty void if item physically damaged or damage due to external causes including liquids, heat or cold.
 
- Warranty void if the damaged goods are caused by computer virus, physical damages, misuse, abuse and accidents.
 
- Warranty void if problem caused by unapproved use of third party products, components or service.
 
- No Warranty on physically damaged Connectors: power, audio, usb, com, LTP, VGA etc.
 
- Batteries included with used and refurbished laptops are NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY.
 
- All Battery sales ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGE AND/OR REFUND.
 
- No exchange and/or refund for items less than $40.
 
- WARRANTY VOID IF any identification marks, serial numbers damaged or removed.
 
- No refund, exchange and/or warranty on any software, operating systems, BIOS or drivers, virus and spyware removal.
 
- We will charge a certain amount for the in-shop software support.
 
- We do not provide software support over the phone.
 
- No refunds or exchange on any repairs.
 
- Repair warranty is limited to the repair of the defective parts only.
 
- Warranty for in store or onsite service  is within one week only with the same problem.
 
- One week warranty for defective parts only, and if more than a week you are responsible to contact the manufacturer for your remaining warranty.
 
- No return for opened software products.
 
- Good title remains with Computer Onsite until full payment is received.
 
- One year parts & labor warranty on new complete systems (hardware only).
 
- Computer Onsite is not responsible for any of your own software and lost data.
 
- PLEASE NOTE: After two weeks from the day the customer is informed to pick up the PC/Laptop and does not come to pick up the PC/Laptop we will automatically recycle without notice!!!
